The 140th Hotchkiss Family Reunion will be held in Lexington & Concord, Massachusetts, at the historic Concord Colonial Inn on October 4, 5, 6, 2024 where the shot was fired that was heard around the world.
The Colonial Inn was built in 1716. We have reserved 25 rooms there for the cousins, so call and make your reservations soon. The inn has private dining and meeting rooms for us as well as a kitchen for our meals and a cash bar. We are now working on Saturday tours and a Saturday dinner program speaker. We may also include optional Sunday tours.
The topic for the reunion will the Hotchkiss Family in the Revolutionary War in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the War. Don Hotchkiss is preparing a history (in booklet form) addressing the over 100 Hotchkiss family members that we know participated in the Revolutionary War. This booklet will be given to the participants at dinner.
